I DECLARE THAT:

• I am in good physical condition,
• I have a medical certificate from an independent doctor allowing me to participate in amateur cycling,
• I have health insurance covering injuries,
• I have read the road book – RB and am familiar with the cycling route, including checkpoints and times at individual checkpoints,
• I do not use prohibited chemical or other stimulants,
• I accept the rules of BRM (Brevets Randonneurs mondiaux).

I ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING:

• the route is not specially marked,
• the brevet is not a race but a social event,
• there is no assistance on the route, neither medical, mechanical, nor any other kind of help,
• the organizer does not offer any assistance to those who drop out; they must take care of themselves.

I DECLARE:

• I will wear a protective helmet,
• I will ride at my own risk and respect traffic rules so that my behavior does not endanger other traffic participants,
• I will not form or stay in groups larger than 6 people and thus obstruct car traffic,
• that I will ride in single file and on bike paths where marked,
• that I will use front and rear lights from dusk until dawn,
• that I will wear a jacket with reflectors when riding at night.
